**Role Overview**

We are currently seeking an experienced **PLM Siemens Senior Consultant** to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize **Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions** that align with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of PLM processes across the organization.

**PLM Siemens Senior Consultant Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architectures.
- Provide technical expertise in customizing and extending Teamcenter functionalities.
- Develop and maintain PLM workflows, data models, and user permissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to PLM performance and functionality.
- Deliver training and documentation to end-users to ensure effective adoption.
- Stay updated on the latest Siemens PLM advancements and best practices.

**Required Qualifications for PLM Siemens Senior Consultant**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- **5+ years** of experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.
- Proven track record in PLM implementation, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management processes and best practices.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a remote work environment.

**Preferred Qualifications for PLM Siemens Senior Consultant**:

- Experience with NX CAD integration or other CAD systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience in multinational and multicultural teams.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment for PLM solutions.
