KPMG Delivery Network is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Consultant to join our Global Immigration Engagement Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global leader, leveraging technology and international collaboration to deliver exceptional client service Initiate, draft, and submit immigration applications, including making payments and timely follow-ups. Manage client engagement mailboxes, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Prepare accurate weekly and monthly client reports. Draft timely follow-ups to onshore teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Maintain and update applicant records in the immigration tracking system. Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to fulfill client requests and take necessary actions. Identify and elevate potential risks to leadership. Assist in preparing and maintaining process documentation. Support ad‑hoc projects as required. ✅Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in immigration, Australia Inbound compliance, or with a recognized immigration service provider. Undergraduate university degree preferred. Strong understanding of immigration processes, particularly Australia Inbound compliance. Exceptional attention to detail.
