.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and operational controller for engagement and financial processes across all solutions in the Argentina delivery center. This role supports compliance, process standardization, and system integration, with a strong emphasis on enabling engagement managers and partners to effectively oversee their engagements and financials. Proficient use of the Mars Engagement Management System (EMS) is essential to guide and support the full engagement lifecycle from client acceptance through execution and closure while also providing insights and oversight on revenue and P&L data.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Mars Engagement Management System (EMS), providing expert guidance on engagement lifecycle processes including engagement code creation, CEAC approvals, SAN validations, and MFE documentation.
• Support compliance and operational consistency by monitoring adherence to standardized procedures and offering recommendations to improve alignment with firm wide policies and risk protocols.
• Act as a controller and advisor to engagement managers and partners, helping them interpret financial data, navigate EMS workflows, and ensure accurate and timely execution of engagement-related tasks.
• Provide oversight and insights into revenue recognition and P&L data, identifying anomalies or trends and escalating issues to the appropriate accountable parties necessary.
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new engagement managers and delivery teams, ensuring they are equipped to use EMS tools effectively and follow best practices throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system or process gaps, propose enhancements, and support the implementation of operational improvements without owning the execution.
• Maintain visibility across all solutions within the Argentina delivery center, acting as a central point of contact for EMS-related inquiries and ensuring engagement te ams are empowered to manage their responsibilities effectively.
Requisitos
• Experience managing financial and engagement operations in a multi-country delivery environment.
• Familiarity with KDN's risk and compliance frameworks, including subcontractor management and transition protocols.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue tracking and P&L reporting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
• Proficiency in English
