Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Recruiter
to support full-cycle recruiting for business-critical roles. This position requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can partner closely with hiring managers, understand complex role requirements, and deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment. The role is hybrid 3 days office and based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with working hours aligned to the CST (USA) time zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
    , from intake meetings and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute effective
    sourcing strategies
    using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong technical, functional, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring recommendations.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data within applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Senior-level recruiting experience
    with a strong track record of successful hires.
  • Proven experience in
    full-cycle recruitment
    across multiple roles and functions.
  • Fluent English
    communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a
    Hybrid 3 days office , environment
    .
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
