Recruiter

We are looking for a
Recruiter
to join our People team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent that aligns with Remitee's values and business needs across different regions. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting our growth in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across business, product, and technology areas—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Remitee's culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines through job boards, social networks, referrals, and events.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define profiles, and provide guidance on market conditions and hiring best practices.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, source efficiency, conversion rates) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, efficient recruitment processes and tools.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in fast-growing startups or tech/fintech environments.
  • Proven ability to recruit for technical and non-technical roles across multiple geographies.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging modern technologies in Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
