Mandatory Skills

  • 4–8 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience
    in Argentina.
  • Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of local talent market.
  • Experience hiring for roles like
    Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, Data Engineers, DevOps, QA, and PMs
    .
  • Bilingual proficiency (
    Spanish and English
    ) for global coordination.
  • Familiarity with
    ATS tools
    ,
    LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.
  • Exposure to
    vendor management systems (VMS)
    and client interaction.
  • Experience in
    high-volume hiring
    and niche skill sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle
    end-to-end recruitment
    for IT roles across multiple technologies.
  • Develop sourcing strategies using
    Boolean searches

  • Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit; coordinate interviews and feedback.
