On a typical day, you will …

• Have the opportunity to identify and attract top talent. This may include tasks such as sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• You may also have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Work closely with the Sales team to bring all searches to life and deliver top talent to our clients
• Leverage innovative AI technology to make our recruiting smarter and faster

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced level of English language - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields
• At least 6 months of experience in recruiting - even an internship is a plus
• Proven track record of being able to work independently and proactively engage in the client-side environment.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
