En Xelere nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Service Delivery Manager con experiencia comprobable en gestión de proyectos para sumar a nuestro equipo de trabajo.

La persona seleccionada, tendrá como principal responsabilidad que el servicio y/o proyectos se desarrollen dentro de los alcances, costos y calidad establecidos en los plazos previstos, reduciendo inconvenientes, anticipando potenciales problemas o desvíos, tomando decisiones correctivas o proponiendo alternativas y soluciones cuando se requieran.

Lo que esperamos del Rol:

Ser el punto de contacto principal con el cliente, participar de la definición de los objetivos del servicio y coordinar su cumplimiento, asegurar la implementación de productos o servicios de acuerdo al alcance acordado para lograr la satisfacción del cliente, realizar el seguimiento de las iniciativas estratégicas del servicio.



Requisitos
  • Sólida experiencia en gestión de proyectos de TI.
  • Metodologías Agile, ITIL, Project Management, Procesos IT, SCRUM.
  • Graduado en carreras afines a Sistemas.

Valoraremos que cuentes con competencias como la Capacidad de planificación y organización, orientación a resultados y al cliente. Actitud, responsabilidad y compromiso. Liderazgo, visión de negocio, buena comunicación y manejo de relaciones interpersonales.
