Revenue Manager

:

Responsabilidades:

  • Analizar oportunidades, proponer alternativas y diseñar nuevos productos financieros.
  • Analizar la performance de los productos financieros para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Desarrollar y mantener modelos de optimización de ingresos basados en datos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y actualizar las estrategias de pricing de los productos y servicios.
  • Proponer ajustes basados en comportamiento del usuario y tendencias del mercado.
  • Elaborar proyecciones de ingresos mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
  • Crear dashboards y reportes recurrentes para el Director de Producto y otras áreas.
  • Monitorear KPIs claves.
  • Evaluar el impacto de campañas, mejoras de producto y cambios del funnel en el revenue.

Habilidades y conocimientos:

  • 5+ años de experiencia

en roles analíticos relacionados con revenue, business analysis, product analytics.
- Experiencia previa en
Fintech, banca, créditos, pagos digitales, retail financiero o empresas tech

.
- Haber trabajado con KPIs de negocio, modelos financieros y métricas de monetización.
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas de análisis:
SQL, Excel/Sheets

, y visualización de datos (
Looker, Power BI, Tableau o similar

).
- Conocimientos sólidos de
modelos de pricing

, elasticidad, sensibilidad y A/B testing.
- Perfil fuertemente
analítico

, con capacidad para interpretar grandes volúmenes de datos.
- Orientación a resultados y toma de decisiones basada en datos.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, priorizar y manejar múltiples proyectos a la vez.
