Funciones:

  • Será responsable por realizar tareas de supervisión del turno y personal, (asignación de tareas y mantenimiento de Calidad en Habitaciones y Áreas Públicas).
  • Supervisará el entrenamiento del staff y monitoreará el cumplimiento de los estándares del Sector  (calidad, servicio, productividad y eficiencia).
  • Supervisará inventarios y calidad en la recepción de lavandería y tintorería externa.
  • Realizará tareas administrativas relacionadas al departamento.
  • Deberá apoyar al equipo a cargo en las tareas operativas que se requieran.
  • Brindará colaboración en la realización de reuniones mensuales del equipo.

Requisitos:

  • Excelente capacidad de liderazgo y coordinación de Personal.
  • Graduado o estudiante avanzado en Hotelería y/o  carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en posiciones similares o de supervisión de por lo menos dos años.
  • Inglés Avanzado (oral y escrito).
  • Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar en los diferentes turnos.
  • Vocación de Servicio.
