Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager, Development Argentina & Chile to join our team at WHR Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Propósito

Responsable del crecimiento del portafolio de Wyndham Hotels & Resorts en Argentina y Chile, con foco en la identificación, negociación y cierre de contratos para nuevas incorporaciones, conversiones y desarrollos.

El rol tiene un fuerte enfoque comercial y estratégico, orientado a resultados, y es clave para incrementar habitaciones, fortalecer la presencia de marca y asegurar la incorporación de proyectos viables y alineados a los estándares Wyndham.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades
  • Identificar, originar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio (nuevos hoteles, conversiones y rebrandings) en Argentina y Chile
  • Liderar negociaciones comerciales y cerrar contratos de franquicia y desarrollo, cumpliendo objetivos anuales
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con propietarios, inversores, developers y partners estratégicos
  • Gestionar el pipeline de desarrollo: seguimiento de oportunidades, status de proyectos y forecast de cierres
  • Coordinar y participar activamente en análisis de viabilidad, evaluaciones financieras, ROI y riesgos comerciales, junto a Legal, Finanzas, AD&C, Operaciones y Brand
  • Representar a Wyndham en eventos, viajes comerciales y reuniones estratégicas, administrando presupuesto de viajes y gastos
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos internos, aprobaciones corporativas y alineación con estándares de marca previo a la firma de contratos
Educación y experiencia
  • Formación universitaria o experiencia equivalente en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas, Real Estate, Ingeniería Comercial, Arquitectura, Hotelería, Turismo o carreras afines
  • Experiencia comprobable en development, real estate, ventas complejas o negocios hoteleros
  • Experiencia en negociación comercial y firma de contratos
  • Conocimiento del mercado de Argentina y Chile
  • Inglés avanzado
