Manage live phone conversations with B2B customers
Make consistent outbound callsPlace orders directly over the phone
Advise customers on products and services
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Manage an assigned book of customers
Drive retention through proactive outreach
Log activities and orders in the CRM
Contribute directly to revenue growth through repeat business and sales
¿QUÉ DEBE TENER EL CANDIDATO PARA SER MÁS ADECUADO PARA ESTE PUESTO?
Minimum 3 years of experience in phone-based, customer-facing roles
Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or revenue-focused customer experience
Prior experience placing orders or closing transactions by phone
Advanced English level (C1 or near-native)
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Demonstrated ability to influence revenue through upselling or cross-selling
