Beilite specializes in rugged, industry-leading equipment for extreme environments—including desert, mine, tunnel, high-altitude, extreme cold and high-temperature applications. Our core product from models BLT-40 to BLT-280 hydraulic hammer series supports excavators, loaders, backhoes, and other carriers ranging from 0.5 to 350 tons, making these hydraulic hammers ideal for construction, mining, and demolition projects across worldwide, gaining strong traction in South America. Job Location
Local hires in Latin American countries (e.g., Central American countries, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Uruguay, etc.)—based in your home country, with overseas travel opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate local markets, acquire new clients (engineering firms, construction companies, distributors) for our hydraulic breaking hammer product lines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, provide professional product consulting on hydraulic excavator breaker solutions, and address after-sales needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands for hydraulic hammer and rock break equipment, providing actionable insights to the global team.
- Represent Beilite at local industry exhibitions, seminars, and events to showcase our hydraulic excavator breaker, skid steer hydraulic breaker, and other core products, enhancing brand visibility and generating business opportunities.
- Manage the full foreign trade cycle for hydraulic breaker-related products: from lead qualification, quotation, and contract negotiation to order follow-up and logistics coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, logistics) to align local market needs with global resources for hydraulic break and hydraulic hammer breaker innovations.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports for hydraulic product lines in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and transparency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language Proficiency
: Fluent in Spanish and English (business communication); proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus. - Educational Background
: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Construction Machinery, or related fields. - Mobility
: Willing and able to travel overseas for work (domestic and international business trips for product demonstrations or client meetings). - Soft Skills
: Eager to learn, resilient under pressure, goal-oriented, and highly responsible with a strong sense of ownership. - Experience
: Familiarity with foreign trade processes is preferred; prior experience in selling construction machinery and hydraulic breaker hammer is a significant advantage. - Local Insight
: Deep understanding of the local market, industry ecosystem (especially construction, mining, and infrastructure), and business culture; existing client resources in the hydraulic equipment sector are a plus. - Collaboration
: Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams across time zones, adhering to high communication standards.
