Estamos buscando un/a Customer Support para garantizar la continuidad operativa de nuestras campañas publicitarias dooh y brindar asistencia técnica a nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades


• Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias aplicando lógica y pensamiento estructurado.


• Brindar soporte técnico y asistencia en el uso del CMS LatinAd.


• Dar soporte a campañas programáticas, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento.


• Documentar soluciones y mejores prácticas para optimizar futuras resoluciones.


• Tomar decisiones post-solución para mejorar la gestión de incidencias.


• Colaborar con equipos internos en todo lo relacionado con soporte técnico.

Requisitos


• Conocimientos sólidos en computación y resolución de problemas técnicos.


• Capacidad analítica y lógica para abordar incidencias con autonomía.


• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y orientación al servicio.


• Proactividad y seguridad en la interacción con clientes y equipos internos.


Deseable (no excluyente)


• Experiencia en DOOH (Digital Out Of Home).


• Conocimientos de inglés.

Modalidad de trabajo

Híbrido (Mendoza) o 100% remoto.
