Misión del Puesto:
Posicionar el liderazgo de nuestras marcas de cuidado oral en la comunidad odontológica, garantizando que Colgate sea la marca que usan personalmente, usan en su consultorio dental y recomiendan activamente a sus pacientes.
Generar demanda en el canal farmacias de nuestras marcas terapéuticas mediante la recomendación odontológica.
Generar demanda en la venta en consultorios odontológicos directa a pacientes.
Funciones y Responsabilidades
Desarrollar e incrementar la demanda de productos terapéuticos de cuidado oral en farmacia alineado a los objetivos de la compañía.
Ejecutar el plan de visitas (cobertura y frecuencia) en el territorio asignado, entregando la información que respalda la acción de los productos, conduciendo recomendación.
Desarrollar e incrementar la demanda de productos de cuidado oral en en consultorios para la venta directa a pacientes.
Responsable por la distribución de muestras de los productos e información de los productos de cuidado oral en territorio.
Control de Stocks. Seguimiento y reporte de los niveles de stock.
Gestionar la cartera de odontólogos target de su territorio para conseguir un cambio de comportamiento de los profesionales, incrementando el número de recomendaciones y venta en consultorio.
Participar en eventos de profesionales vinculados a la salud bucal, promoviendo la difusión de la marca y los productos.
Desarrollar vínculos sólidos con los profesionales odontológicos y KOL , con foco a la fidelización de los mismos y sus pacientes.
Utilizar el sistema CRM (Customer Relationship Management, sistema de manejo de base de datos y visitas) a diario para documentar las actividades de atención a los odontólogos, debe tener el número de profesionales que se visitan más todos los profesionales que se puedan incluir y enriquezcan la Base de datos.
Aplicar la metodología Triple Win para comunicar de manera eficiente los productos, las tecnologías y la ciencia detrás de nuestros productos durante la promoción odontológica.
Desarrollar la asociación entre Colgate y stakeholders (prácticas dentales y de especialidades generales, cuentas gubernamentales, cuentas privadas, hospitales dentales, centros de salud comunitarios, farmacéuticos y distribuidores / depósitos dentales) en un territorio asignado.
Clasificar, categorizar y optimizar el número de oficinas dentales contactadas en el territorio asignado.
Planificar estrategias por segmentación para el desarrollo de la cartera de odontólogos.
Responsable por el seguimiento y evolución de las cuentas de profesionales.
Identificar y reportar nuevas tendencias en el mercado o estrategias de la competencia.
Conocer la literatura científica y estudios que respaldan nuestros productos.
Conocer los productos de la competencia.
Requerimientos indispensables:
Carrera universitaria concluída en Odontología, Marketing, áreas comerciales y afines
Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en área comercial, preferentemente vinculado al canal profesional/farmacias
Licencia de conducir activa
Manejo intermedio-avanzado de paquete office
Competencias preferidas:
Inglés intermedio-avanzado
Actitud de servicio
Buenas interrelaciones personales
Buen conocimiento de terminología técnica/médica en cuidado e higiente bucal
Organizado y Responsable
