TikTok Shop Brand Manager
GrowMojo is an official TikTok Shop Partner. This position is for a TikTok Shop Brand Manager for GrowMojo Marketing Agency (see more about our company below). This position will report to GrowMojo's Head of Operations. Past experience working for a marketing or advertising agency with U.S. clients is required. This is not a sales job. This is an eCommerce Brand Manager role with merchandising skills to help our clients have success selling their products through TikTok Shop. If you have helped brands sell through Amazon and you would like an opportunity to do the same on TikTok Shop, then this is a great role for you.
THE JOB:
The TikTok Shop Brand Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Help our clients be successful TikTok Shop Sellers.
- Establish relationships with the key decision makers at our clients.
- Oversee KPIs, Goals and Objectives for our clients to ensure that our performance marketing team is surpassing expectations.
- Organize meetings with our clients to ensure that we are understanding any needs that they have.
- Lead Zoom meetings and conference calls with clients and our internal team to make sure that all needs are being met.
- Understand the features and functionality of the TikTok Shop Seller Center to help our clients list and promote their products to TikTok Shop consumers.
- Provide feedback to our performance marketing department, so we can identify areas of our marketing services that we want to evolve to support TikTok Shop Sellers.
- This is a work from home position, so you will need to be able to have a good space for work where you live.
Skills
- Excellent english communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You need to be good at growth strategy and helping clients surpass their business goals.
- Attention-to-detail coupled with the understanding of what moves the needle. You are able to distill what is important from what is not.
- You're intellectually curious—when a number differs from expectation, you dive in and get to the bottom of it deciphering if it is an outlier or a trend.
- Strong spreadsheet skills.
- Initiative and self-motivation with the ability to manage several client relationships at the same time.
- Ability to intimately learn and describe leading-edge technology.
Experience
- Candidates must have agency account management, project management or merchandising experience, including developing strategic and tactical marketing and communications plans, as well as handling day-to-day projects and coordination.
- You must be comfortable presenting marketing solutions to clients.
- Previous accountability for dealing with issues that come up during the course of business.
- Experience presenting to executive-level decision makers.
- Advertising or Marketing agency experience is required.
- Experience with U.S. clients is required.
- Experience with TikTok Shop Sellers is a bonus
- Experience with the Amazon Seller Central is a bonus.
- Experience with Amazon Sellers is a bonus.
- Experience with TikTok Advertising is a bonus
- Experience with TikTok Shop is a bonus )
