About the Role:

The Analyst will provide administrative and commercial support for the Urology division, ensuring accurate management of budgets, client onboarding, invoicing, and collections. Additionally, the role involves building relationships with hospital staff , manage inventory, as well as occasional assistance in operating rooms during procedures involving the division's medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare budgets and manage client onboarding.
  • Monitor invoicing and collections.
  • Maintain inventory control and manage product deliveries and returns.
  • Build strong relationships with hospital staff (nurses, OR managers, pharmacy).
  • Provide occasional assistance in operating rooms for device usage during procedures.

Key Competencies:

  • Education: Graduate or advanced student in Radiology, Surgical Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields (pharmaceutical sciences, medicine).
  • Language: Intermediate to advanced English (mandatory).
  • Experience:
    • 1–2 years in hospital-related roles such as reception (mandatory).
    • Previous experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry (preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and customer-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work in hospital and surgical environments.
