About the team
The Revenue Operations team is responsible for aligning go-to-market functions—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—through data, tooling, and strategy. We ensure that commercial workflows run smoothly, scale efficiently, and are grounded in real-time data and operational insight. We turn complexity into clarity, and manual processes into automated solutions.
About the RoleAs a RevOps Solutions Engineer within the Revenue Operations team, you will take ownership of designing and building the internal operational systems that power Waterplan's commercial engine. You'll lead the development of a custom interface layer that connects critical workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership.
The platform you build will replace fragmented spreadsheets with a scalable, intuitive, real-time tool integrated with HubSpot CRM—allowing the team to forecast, review, and track deals and expansion opportunities with precision and ease. You'll have full autonomy to architect a solution—whether through a low-code platform or a custom-built app—tailored to our current pain points and future scalability.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop a custom operational UI layer for commercial workflow management: dashboards, kanban views, pivot tables, subtotals, inline edits, and more.
Build a bi-directional sync between HubSpot and your platform to enable seamless data input and retrieval.
Consolidate and streamline existing GTM documents (e.g., Deal Reviews, Scorecards, Expansion Machina).
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, CS, Marketing, Leadership) to deeply understand pain points and translate them into scalable solutions.
Drive system improvements iteratively—adding functionality over time to meet emerging needs.
Make technical build-vs-buy decisions and lead the execution of your roadmap with high ownership.
Ensure that your solution can evolve into a scalable internal product that adapts with Waterplan's growth.
Strategic & Technical Thinking
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to architect elegant, scalable solutions from scratch.
Comfort with making architectural decisions and balancing technical trade-offs (e.g., low-code vs custom).
Experience with internal tooling platforms (e.g., Retool, ) and/or building full-stack web apps.
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and its API limitations.
Proficient in working with tools like SQL, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or BigQuery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Adept at gathering requirements and co-creating solutions with stakeholders across Revenue, CS, and Marketing.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical execution.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects autonomously in high-growth environments.
Comfortable working across ambiguous and evolving problem spaces.
3+ years of experience in Technical Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Internal Tools, or related roles in SaaS or tech startups.
Strong understanding of go-to-market operations and CRM workflows (pipeline, forecast, expansion).
Experience building tools that scale across multiple teams and systems.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Located in Buenos Aires.
