Junior Research Associate – Development Team

, we believe that the patient's voice is as essential as the science behind clinical research. As a Junior Research Associate, you will gain hands-on experience in delivering patient-centered qualitative research that informs better decisions in clinical trials and real-world studies.

This is a development role where you'll collaborate with a globally distributed team, assisting in qualitative research projects, supporting day-to-day coordination, and handling ad hoc and organizational tasks that help the team deliver high-quality work. You'll report to the Scientific Director or a designated senior team member.

What you'll do

  • Assist in the design and execution of qualitative research projects (under guidance) across different therapeutic areas.
  • Support senior team members in preparing qualitative research documents and project materials.
  • Help keep project information organized (files, trackers, documentation, version control), ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with regulatory guidelines like GCP, GDPR, and HIPAA.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks, including file organization, research documentation, and collaborative support within interdisciplinary teams.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, psychology, public health, or related discipline.
  • Interest in qualitative research, particularly in the context of clinical trials or healthcare.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with GCP/GDPR is a plus but can also be learned on the job.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
