Lead Generation Specialist and Administrative Outsource Lab Seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist & Administrative Assistant to strengthen operational efficiency and brand consistency. Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients within target segments. Ensure the accuracy of the agency’s lead database. Execute outreach campaigns through various channels to engage potential clients. Build and nurture relationships with leads, while qualifying them based on agency criteria. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment. Monitor key performance indicators for lead generation. Share relevant content and insights with leads to provide value and foster engagement. Manage schedules, communications, and documents. Coordinate travel arrangements and track expenses. Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries. Uphold general office management tasks to maintain efficient operations. Handle data entry and maintain organized systems. Requirements Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with leads and team members. Ability to identify leads, conduct market research, and use CRM systems effectively. Skill in managing time, tasks, and appointments for both lead generation and administrative duties. Meticulous approach to maintaining records, proofreading, and managing documents. Effective interpersonal and communication competencies, enabling seamless virtual teamwork. Familiarity with communication tools such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. Experience with task management via Google Tasks, and time monitoring through Homebase. Capacity to thrive within a brisk work environment, meeting designated timelines.
