**_El coordinador/a de TA será reesponsable de la etapa de preselección y de brindar asistencia administrativa al proceso de selección, colaborando a que contemos con el mejor talento para el puesto a través de un proceso eficiente y en tiempo._**

**TUS DESAFIOS**
- Ajustar y estandarizar las descripciones de puestos de acuerdo a la necesidad del negocio.
- Liderar el proceso de reclutamiento end to end iniciando con posiciones junior.
- Preparar y revisar documentación e información sobre nuevos ingresos al centro de servicios y local HR
- Coordinar y liderar el proceso de pre empleo de todas las nuevas contrataciones
- Dar apoyo en entrevistas internas y paneles
- Profundizar en data analytics agregando valor al sector en la gestión de indicadores
- Ser soporte administrativo con proveedores ( control y seguimiento de facturas, creación de ordenes de compra etc )

**Qualifications**:** LO QUE TRAERÁS CONTIGO**
- Profesionales o estudiantes avanzados de RRHH o Psicología
- Experiência de al menos 2 años en reclutamiento
- Inglés avanzado
- Paquete office
- Sap deseable
- Power BI es un plus
