El
Revenue Operations Specialist
es el punto de referencia para el equipo de ventas en todo lo relacionado con procesos, sistemas y flujo de acuerdos. Su misión es garantizar que los procesos asignados funcionen de manera eficiente, supervisar el movimiento de los deals y colaborar con múltiples departamentos para mejorar la productividad. Este rol es clave para optimizar operaciones y crear mejoras que impacten a toda la organización.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Ser el experto operativo en procesos y sistemas asignados.
  • Procesar casos y tickets con precisión y rapidez.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos internos.
  • Crear y optimizar procesos para mejorar la eficiencia organizacional.
  • Monitorear el progreso del equipo, detectar problemas y proponer mejoras.
  • Capacitar a nuevos consultores y líderes en procesos y sistemas de ventas.
  • Participar en proyectos adicionales según se requiera.

Requisitos

  • Habilidades técnicas:
    Dominio de Microsoft Office Suite y Adobe Editor; experiencia con SharePoint, DocuSign y CRM (ClientSpace, Salesforce deseable).
  • Idiomas:
    Inglés avanzado (B2+ indispensable).
  • Competencias:
    Organización, gestión del tiempo, resolución de problemas, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo y compromiso.
  • Experiencia:
    Ventas administrativas, coordinación de ventas, operaciones de ventas o roles similares.
  • Educación:
    Grado universitario en Administración de Empresas o áreas relacionadas (deseable).

: 8 a 5 o de 9 a 6 EST (10 am a 7 pm ARG)
