Estamos en la búsqueda de un Profesional capaz de brindar apoyo directo a nuestras distribuciones, acompañando y supervisando el desarrollo y las capacidades del área Técnica al igual que el control y la implementación de procesos y procedimientos orientados a profesionalizar nuestras operaciones en el país. El perfil combina conocimientos técnicos con una visión comercial y estratégica, orientada a la gestión de la red de distribuidores. Debe tener una marcada orientación al cliente, capacidad analítica, liderazgo colaborativo y habilidades de comunicación, siendo capaz de trabajar con equipos multifuncionales y capaz de adaptarse a un entorno en constante transformación.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Proporcionar soporte técnico a los distribuidores en relación con diagnósticos, reparaciones y procedimientos técnicos.
- Asistir a la red en la adopción y uso eficiente de sus recursos a partir de la implementación de herramientas digitales.
- Monitorear y analizar indicadores de desempeño técnico de los distribuidores, identificando oportunidades de mejora. (Ejemplo horas técnicas realizadas vs facturadas).
- Colaborar con equipos internos (IT, Servicio, Ventas, marketing, desarrollo de productos) para resolver incidencias y asegurar la coherencia entre las estrategias técnicas y comerciales.
- Participar en proyectos de digitalización, implementación de nuevas herramientas o procesos orientados a mejorar la eficiencia y la experiencia del cliente.
- Capacitar a los equipos de los distribuidores en nuevos sistemas, procedimientos o lanzamientos.
- Actuar ante los dealers como referente en la promoción de buenas prácticas y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Título en Ingeniería, Administración de empresas, Marketing o afines, con sólidos conocimientos técnicos.
- Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en roles similares enfocados en la gestión de equipos de servicio técnico.

- Apertura a Nuevas Tecnologías: disposición para incorporar nuevas herramientas y metodologías que optimicen el soporte técnico y digital.
- Adaptabilidad a Cambios en el Mercado: capacidad para ajustar estrategias de soporte en función de las tendencias tecnológicas y las necesidades del mercado.
Visión Estratégica
- Desarrollo de Estrategias de Soporte: habilidad para diseñar e implementar estrategias que alineen el soporte técnico y digital con los objetivos comerciales.
- Evaluación de Resultados: capacidad para medir el impacto del soporte técnico en la satisfacción del cliente y en los resultados comerciales.
