We are a global Top 30 cryptocurrency exchange providing diversified digital asset trading and financial services. As part of our strategic expansion into South America, we are actively seeking Business Development professionals with strong familiarity with the Argentine market to drive the growth of our P2P / OTC USDT payment business.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain local communities and market channels in Argentina, building long-term and stable partnerships
Engage with KOLs, partners, merchants, and key clients to promote P2P / OTC USDT payment-related collaborations
Support foundational local market operations and resource integration to enhance channel activity and transaction conversion rates
Assist headquarters in understanding the local market landscape, competitive dynamics, and regulatory/compliance environment
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve phased business development targets and market expansion goals
Requirements
Strong familiarity with the Argentine market; existing local community, merchant, channel, or financial/payment-related resources are highly preferred
Basic understanding or hands-on experience with cryptocurrency, USDT, and P2P / OTC trading models
Excellent communication and business negotiation skills, with experience in cross-cultural collaboration
Ability to independently drive partnerships; highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and execution-focused
Mandarin proficiency is a plus (to engage with Chinese-speaking communities); Spanish and/or English proficiency is highly preferred
Engagement Model & Compensation
Flexible engagement models (full-time, part-time, consultant, or partnership-based, depending on background)
