Salary: Commission only – $100 per closed client, uncapped earnings

Hours: Flexible schedule, part-time (20–30 hrs/week recommended)

Job Description

Gaucho Remote Talent connects U.S. businesses with top-tier bilingual professionals from Latin America in marketing, communications, and customer support.

We're looking for a commission-based Sales Agent to help expand our client base. The agent will be responsible for finding new leads, conducting outreach, and participating in introductory calls with potential clients. This is a fully remote position with high earning potential for driven individuals who enjoy autonomy and results-oriented work.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in industries such as veterinary care, real estate, wellness, spas, travel agencies and tech startups.
  • Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and book introductory calls.
  • Attend introductory meetings with prospects and present Gaucho Remote Talent's services.
  • Manage pipeline, follow up, and close new deals.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to improve outreach and conversion strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong research and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
