About The Role
As a
Sales Agent (Full Time)
, you will make an impact by driving outbound sales and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for our clients. You will be a valued member of the IOA team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and inclusive environment at Cognizant.

In This Role, You Will

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls (minimum 60 attempts per day) to engage with assigned clients.
  • Reach and consult with 12–15 clients weekly to understand their advertising goals.
  • Plan, create, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Search, Display, Video) tailored to client objectives.
  • Identify and propose upselling opportunities to enhance campaign performance and client ROI.
  • Implement strategies to ensure the long-term effectiveness and sustainability of campaign optimizations.

at our Cognizant office located at
Tucumán 3720, Buenos Aires, CABA

2 days remote

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales environments.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections and close sales.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to make outbound calls.
  • Interest in digital marketing and advertising.

These will help you stand out

  • Knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Experience using Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.).

, tendrás un impacto directo impulsando ventas salientes y optimizando campañas de publicidad digital para nuestros clientes. Serás un miembro valioso del equipo de

y colaborarás con equipos multifuncionales en un entorno dinámico e inclusivo en Cognizant.

En Este Rol, Tú

  • Realizarás un alto volumen de llamadas salientes (mínimo 60 intentos por día) para contactar a los clientes asignados.
  • Alcanzarás y asesorarás a entre 12 y 15 clientes por semana para comprender sus objetivos publicitarios.
  • Planificarás, crearás y optimizarás campañas de anuncios digitales (Search, Display, Video) alineadas con los objetivos del cliente.
  • Identificarás y propondrás oportunidades de venta adicional para mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas y el retorno de inversión del cliente.
  • Implementarás estrategias para garantizar la efectividad y sostenibilidad a largo plazo de las optimizaciones realizadas.

Modelo de trabajo: Híbrido

3 días a la semana
en la oficina de Cognizant ubicada en

Lo que necesitas para ser considerado/a

  • Experiencia comprobada en entornos de ventas salientes de alto volumen.
  • Fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente y habilidad para generar empatía rápidamente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés (nivel B2 o superior).
  • Habilidades interpersonales y de presentación sólidas.
  • Capacidad demostrada para manejar objeciones y cerrar ventas.
  • Atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir procesos estructurados.
  • Actitud proactiva y disposición para realizar llamadas salientes.
  • Interés en marketing y publicidad digital.

Te Destacará Si Cuentas Con

  • Conocimiento de Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).
  • Familiaridad con Google Analytics y Tag Manager.
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas de Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.).
