About The Role
As a Sales Agent for Digital Marketing, you will make an impact by developing strong client relationships, monitoring and optimizing their digital ad accounts, and providing strategic guidance to help them improve campaign performance and maximize their ROI. You will be a valued member of the Technology team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

In This Role, You Will

  • Engage customers through outbound and inbound calls.
  • Manage LATAM digital ads portfolios, driving ROI and long-term relationships.
  • Build and optimize Search, Video, and Display campaigns.
  • Provide strategic guidance using advanced bidding and tracking tools.
  • Analyze performance data and manage workflows via internal tools and CRMs.

Work Model
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring two days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires – Tucumán, Argentina. What You Need To Have To Be Considered

  • Sales experience is a must.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Able to clearly and persuasively convey complex ideas in both written and verbal formats. Comfortable with high-volume client interactions, including outbound calls, and skilled at building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Highly Organized: Strong attention to detail ensures accurate record-keeping and seamless project management, enabling effective handling of a diverse client portfolio.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, with the ability to translate knowledge into actionable strategies for clients.

These will help you stand out

  • Proficient in Google Ads (Search, Video, Display, and Apps), Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google tools including Spreadsheets, Slides, and Docs.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency (B2 level required).
