This is a 100% on-site, full-time position based at our offices in Buenos Aires – Puerto Madero.

What you'll do:

-Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the leadership team.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for executives.
- Maintain and organize administrative records and files.
- Support contract management, vendor relations, and purchasing processes.
- Oversee basic administrative processes (invoicing, payments, expense control).
- Organize corporate events and internal meetings.
- Assist in the implementation of strategic projects.
- Monitor administrative and management indicators.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes.

What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in similar roles.
- Degree in Business Administration, Executive Assistance, or related fields. (completed or in process) 
- Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Advanced English (Mandatory).
