Overview

We are looking for a
Semi-Senior Salesforce QA
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid Salesforce background who is interested in
training in Salesforce Billing / Revenue Cloud
and participating as
QA on client projects
, ensuring quality across complex Quote to Cash processes. This role requires a strong functional understanding of Salesforce, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify issues across configurations, automations, and integrations.

Responsibilities:

QA & Project Support

  • Review and validate Salesforce implementations across
    Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud
  • Execute functional, regression, and UAT test cases for Quote to Cash processes (Quote → Order → Invoice)
  • Identify, document, and track bugs or inconsistencies in Jira or similar tools
  • Validate automations built with Flows, Apex, and declarative tools
  • Ensure requirements are correctly implemented according to functional and technical specifications

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with Developers, Architects, and BAs to understand solutions and edge cases
  • Participate in refinement sessions, demos, and release validations
  • Provide clear feedback to the team to improve solution quality
  • Support client-facing testing cycles when required

Training & Platform Growth

  • Participate in training on
    Salesforce CPQ and Billing Platform
  • Build a strong understanding of Revenue Cloud concepts and data models
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices related to testing and quality

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Admin, Functional, QA, or Developer background)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce core objects (Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes)
  • Experience testing Flows, validation rules, and automation
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and US-based clients

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to
    Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or Order Management
  • Experience testing Quote to Cash or revenue-related processes
  • Basic understanding of Apex and LWC (reading/debugging, not necessarily coding)
  • Familiarity with Agile environments and QA best practices
  • Experience documenting test cases and acceptance criteria
