We are looking for motivated and driven Junior Salesforce Developers who are eager to grow and build a strong career in the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is part of our new Cohort 4, where selected candidates will continue developing their Salesforce skills while being part of a solid and growing company from day one.

You'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and work alongside experienced Salesforce professionals, gaining real-world experience and long-term career development within Firstchair.

Responsibilities:

Customer Project Support:

  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions focused on Quote to Cash, particularly Quote to Order and/or Order to Invoice workflows and integrations.
  • Utilize Apex and other programmatic tools to customize Salesforce functionality according to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve challenges within the Salesforce, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

Learning and Development:

  • Build foundational expertise in Quote to Cash technologies, particularly Salesforce Revenue Cloud, through structured training and hands-on experience.
  • Enhance technical skills in Salesforce development, including working with workflows and integrations relevant to Quote to Cash.
  • Learn to develop solutions for complex client requirements, especially in revenue allocation and post-order processes.

Team Support:

  • Actively engage in team discussions and documentation, contributing insights, best practices, and lessons learned from your work with Salesforce Quote to Cash solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment by maintaining clear communication and a responsive approach to both team and client needs.

Requirements:

  • Some experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including understanding of core Salesforce features and functionality.
  • Basic proficiency with Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Triggers, LWC's, Flows, and familiarity with the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • A passion for learning and a desire to grow your career in Salesforce development.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Quote to Cash processes, or similar Salesforce technologies is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) or declarative development tools.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies or software development practices.
  • Ability to take direction and grow into more complex technical responsibilities.
