We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Business Analyst / Solution Architect with strong analytical, solution design, and stakeholder-facing skills to lead requirements discovery and own the functional design of scalable, business-driven Salesforce solutions. This role blends deep Salesforce functional expertise with solution architecture thinking and close collaboration with delivery teams and clients to translate complex business needs into robust CRM platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the functional and solution-design lead, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and priorities.
- Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions; clearly articulate trade-offs and solution options.
- Translate business needs into end-to-end Salesforce solution designs, including functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and high-level architecture decisions.
- Design and maintain process flows, business and data models, integration touchpoints, and solution documentation.
- Provide functional guidance to developers and administrators during build and configuration; review designs and configurations for alignment with best practices.
- Lead and support QA activities, including test strategy definition, test script creation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance standards are met; proactively recommend process and platform improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting change management and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Solution Architect, or Senior Administrator.
- Strong functional expertise in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities), with the ability to design scalable solutions.
- Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at multiple levels, including business leaders and technical teams.
- Solid experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and using Jira or similar tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Administrator, or Advanced Administrator.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data management, and governance best practices.
Nice to Have:
- Additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Platform Developer.
- PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certifications.
- Experience leading complex Salesforce implementations or multi-cloud solutions.
- Exposure to integration design and API-based architectures.
