Cefeidas Group is seeking a

Junior Analyst

to join our

Corporate Governance, Stewardship & Sustainability

team.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a recently graduated to gain experience in consulting with a focus on Corporate Governance and Sustainability.

In this role, the successful candidate will support high-caliber projects by conducting thorough research and analysis of relevant information and assisting directly a Managing Director and Sr.

Specialist.

The position requires a strong interest in ESG, alongside excellent research and communication skills in English.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of information to support company projects.

Assist a Managing Director on high-profile assignments.

Draft concise and high-quality analyses, summaries, and reports for internal and client-facing purposes.

Mapping investors, markets, and regulators' concerns and expectations about ESG practices.

Stay updated on ESG trends and related regulations to enhance research outputs.

Collaborate with colleagues to meet project deliverables and deadlines effectively.

Craft presentations for clients, and internal purposes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field

Strong research and analytical skills.

Excellent level of English (both written and verbal).

Interest in Corporate Governance and Sustainability topics

Proactive and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience on consulting or ESG matters
