We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze complex data, develop dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. The role requires strong technical expertise, clear communication skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Location: Remote (Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Mexico, or Peru)

Work Schedule: Aligned with U.S. business hours and U.S. holiday calendar

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Power BI.
  • Translate business requirements into data models, reports, and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document data needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to data governance standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance updates.
  • Test dashboards and reports and support defect resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau Desktop and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, and data querying.
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM and SDLC practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Grafana.
