About The Role
As a
Senior Business Analyst / Functional Analyst (BI)
, you will make an impact by translating business needs into actionable BI requirements and contributing to the design of effective data and visualization solutions. You will be a valued member of our Business Intelligence team, collaborating closely with developers, product leaders, and client stakeholders across Latin America and global teams.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements in partnership with client stakeholders.
  • Define functional specifications and acceptance criteria to ensure accurate, high‑quality BI deliverables.
  • Analyze business data, KPIs, and processes to support solution design and decision‑making.
  • Design and validate BI solutions across data layers (SQL, data modeling) and visualization tools (Qlik Sense / Power BI).
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment to support BI development and deployment.

in a client office located in
Munro, Buenos Aires Province
.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in BI or Analytics projects.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into functional and analytical requirements.
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL and BI visualization tools (Qlik Sense and/or Power BI).
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including client‑facing interactions.
  • Advanced English (oral and written), required for regional and global communication.
  • Experience working in agile methodologies.

These Will Help You Stand Out

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience supporting regional or global BI solution implementations.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and BI best practices.
