About the Role:
We are seeking a
Business Intelligence Analyst
to support data-driven decision-making by transforming raw information into meaningful insights, reports, and dashboards. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, analyze key performance metrics, and build visualizations that drive clarity and alignment. You will be responsible for using BI tools, SQL, and analytical frameworks to deliver accurate and actionable insights that support operational and strategic initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data across multiple sources, and presenting clear visual stories that help stakeholders make informed decisions. You will collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, troubleshoot data quality issues, refine queries, and continuously improve reporting processes. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources
• Apply data visualization best practices to clearly communicate insights
• Investigate data issues, debug queries, and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Analyze trends and metrics to support business decisions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting systems
• Support development of automated reporting or analytical workflows as needed
• Document dashboards, processes, and data definitions

Must Have:

• 1–3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or similar analytical roles
• Experience writing SQL (queries, joins, aggregations) or similar query languages
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Knowledge of data visualization principles and dashboard design
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and analytical methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting skills for data quality, query debugging, and analytical problem solving
• Ability to understand business logic and translate stakeholder needs into data solutions

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics or automation
• Background in healthcare or telehealth analytics
