Come and be part of our Planning and Stewardship (P&S) Organization in ExxonMobil Buenos Aires Global Business Center, a company with more than 20 years providing quality services to ExxonMobil affiliates worldwide. Our offices are located in Retiro and Puerto Madero.

In this organization you will have challenging assignments, playing a key role to enable the overall P&S vision to deliver business plans, stewardship reports, analysis and insights that lead to better business decisions and leading performance for ExxonMobil, with seamless and collaborative partnership across organizational boundaries. There are 100+ energized employees aiming to provide quality results for the Corporation, on the business (Upstream and Product Solutions) and service (Corporate functions and Central organizations) side. What Role You Will Play In Our Team
We are looking for Finance professionals to be involved in
:

Stewardship:

• Deviation analysis and business drivers' identification of Profit and Loss, Volume, CAPEX and Headcount
• Business performance through story-telling
• Earnings reviews with Management
• Stewardship cycles reporting

Planning:

• Variables forecasting to build the plan
• Management review and presentation

Analytics:

• Transition to modern practices and technology
• Unify models supporting insight generation and data standardization
• Business tools development and implementation
• Projects and digital support

What You Will Do
We are looking for Finance professionals to be involved in
:

Stewardship:

• Active engagement in company plan and stewardship
• Interaction & involvement with the business, namely Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions Business Lines.
• Provide Support to our customers
• Be part of a high-performing team
• Opportunistic involvement in projects
• Process improvements, automation and continuous improvement

About You
We are looking for someone who has a strong finance background and has the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in: CPA (Contador Público), Business Administration, Business Administration with Systems, Economists
• Advanced English level and communication skills
• Teamwork
• Ability to effectively work across multiple organizations and teams
• Strong analytical skills, Attention to details
• Proactivity, drive and innovation

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

• Intellectual Curiosity
• IT skills: SAP, Analytics, Automation, Data Visualization BlackLine, Excel
