We are looking for a diligent
Risk Analyst
to support our Compliance and Risk Management function across a global fintech and digital-asset environment.

Role Overview

You will identify, assess, monitor, and report on
regulatory, operational, fraud, and compliance risks
while helping strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform compliance-focused risk assessments across fintech and crypto operations
  • Monitor risk indicators, control effectiveness, and emerging risks
  • Support licensing processes, regulatory submissions, audits, and compliance assurance activities
  • Analyse business and transaction flows for compliance risk exposure
  • Partner with Client Coverage, Product, and Trade Operations teams to embed and improve risk controls
  • Maintain risk registers and deliver regular governance and risk reporting
  • Assist with fraud risk reviews, internal policy alignment, and control documentation

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years in Risk Analysis within fintech or digital-asset financial services
  • Solid understanding of
    AML, fraud typologies, regulatory compliance, governance, and operational risk
  • Familiarity with global
    fintech & digital-asset regulatory frameworks
    (advantageous)
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-border compliance environment
