Play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely management of credit practices within the company's accounting function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior service by ensuring customer inquiries are handled promptly and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in all areas of the order-to-cash process, including order management and billing, working closely with billing teams for the assigned Line of Business (LoB).
  • Respond to all customer/biller inquiries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve root cause issues related to disputes from an order-to-cash perspective.
  • Provide leadership, training, and guidance to billing teams and outsourced billing resources to facilitate timely dispute resolution.
  • Communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) to identify and document necessary information.
  • Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes to workflows, procedures, and service levels based on customer demands to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
  • Support new initiatives and their successful implementation.
  • Key interfaces include Sales, Account Support, Operations, and Account Management leads. This role will also interact closely with outsourced and retained resources as needed to resolve and close issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Lenguages:
    Advanced or fluent English (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in collections, billing, and dispute management.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex messages to Sales leadership and propose viable alternatives to mitigate company risk.
  • Ability to drive results through virtual and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
  • Passion for delivering excellent service and resolving service-related issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members from different disciplines and backgrounds.
