We're looking for a
creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor
to join our team and take ownership of our content across
LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create
platform-native content
that drives engagement, builds brand authority, and tells compelling stories.

You'll be responsible for ideation, filming, editing, and publishing content, with a strong focus on short-form video and thought-leadership-style content—especially for LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

  • Create, film, and edit video content specifically for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies (what works on LinkedIn vs TikTok vs Instagram)
  • Produce short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, and LinkedIn native video
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
  • Write engaging captions optimized for each platform
  • Add captions, graphics, hooks, and music to maximize engagement
  • Stay on top of platform trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Manage posting schedules and maintain a consistent content cadence
  • Collaborate closely with leadership/marketing to align content with business goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating content for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
  • Understanding of hooks, storytelling, and retention in short-form video
  • Ability to shoot high-quality video (camera or smartphone)
  • Comfortable working in an in-house role and taking creative ownership
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience growing LinkedIn personal brand or company pages
  • On-camera confidence (or experience directing others on-camera)
  • Experience with analytics and performance tracking
  • Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills
