About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager with excellent English and with at least 4 years of experience to help plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies for multiple brands across different industries.

You will work alongside our Paid Media Team and lead a Design and Content Team ensuring content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for performance.

If you're strategic, creative, organized, and comfortable working independently — this role is for you.

Responsibilities


• Develop and execute multi-platform Social Media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).


• Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with Copywriters & Designers.


• Lead and manage the Design team to ensure brand-consistent, high-quality creatives.


• Oversee content production, revisions, and on-time delivery.


• Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.


• Improve engagement, reach, and brand positioning through optimized posting.


• Stay updated with platform trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.


• Manage multiple accounts and maintain clear communication with clients.

Requirements


• Excellent English


• 4+ years of proven experience in Social Media management.


• Strong portfolio showcasing strategy + execution across multiple platforms.


• Experience leading or coordinating Design and Content Teams.


• Excellent written communication skills.


• Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.


• Ability to think strategically and execute quickly.


• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.


• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.

• Experience with Paid Advertising Platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).


• Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.


• Experience working with agencies or multiple brands.
