**IT Support Manager**
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the team to identify improvement opportunities and design strategies to fully exploit the capabilities of digital tools, such as Google Sheets, EMR system, Notion, among others.
- Lead digitization initiatives, transforming paper-based processes to electronic solutions to increase efficiency and reduce resource consumption.
- Use generative AI tools to create and automate high-quality content.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and generative AI technologies
**Requirements**:
- Education in careers such as Systems Engineering or related fields.
- Advanced diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with users of varying skill levels.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on AI projects.
- Strong understanding of AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, such as machine learning models, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- English level B2 and above.
- Demonstrated experience as a technical support analyst with a focus on maximizing the use of digital tools.
- Advanced knowledge of digital office tools.
- Experience in digitization and process transformation projects.
- 100% remote.
