**Workday AMS HCM Consultant (Benefits & Compensation) - Join Kainos in Argentina**

Are you an experienced HR technology professional ready to make an impact? At **Kainos**, we help global organizations maximize their Workday investment—and we’re looking for talented consultants in **Argentina** to join our **Application Management Services (AMS)** team.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead ongoing support, configuration, and enhancements for **Workday HCM**, specializing in **Benefits and Compensation**.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and creative solutions.
- Manage requirement gathering, configuration, and testing for **Open Enrollment** and **Annual Compensation Programs**.
- Own complex configurations, advise on dependencies, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Build strong client relationships and present to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product architects and cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**
- ** 8-10 years’ experience in HR technology**, with proven configuration expertise in enterprise HCM systems (**Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar**).
- Strong understanding of Benefits and Compensation processes.
- Proven success in a client-facing consulting role or client-side HRIS team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and service delivery risk.

**Nice to Have**
- Workday certification.
- Experience leading cross-functional workshops and strategic discussions.
