If you love making HR processes work through technology — configuring, testing, evolving systems — you’ll feel right at home. What you’ll do Configure, enhance, and support Workday HCM — with a core focus on Compensation Support and lead Annual Compensation cycles Partner with clients to translate business needs into configuration Collaborate with global delivery teams to drive high-quality outcomes Benefits support may be part of the role — and we’ll help you learn it if it’s new to you What we’re looking for Solid Compensation understanding and hands‑on config work Benefits experience = a plus No Benefits experience?
