As a **Trainee Workday HCM Consultant** in Kainos, you will be responsible for supporting the design and the hands-on product configuration of the globally recognized Workday SaaS platform on the client’s end.

You will cooperate with multiple and international teams to understand the customer’s needs and quickly propose appropriate solutions and their implementation.

Remote contact with the client allows for quick communication and the possibility of dynamic project development.You will be always led and supervised by the Lead or Senior Consultant however some interaction and customer exposure may be expected.

**Practical experience with Workday HCM modules or knowledge of any ERP or Cloud HCM system would be an asset.**

**Your onboarding**:
You will spend the first month of working in this position on intensive specialized training, covering both technical issues and those related to your personal development (the ability to present, cooperate with the client, fluent communication). Your development will be supervised by a mentor who will individually introduce you to the specifics of your work. After this time, you will be ready to perform your duties efficiently.

**Your development**:
In the future, you can be promoted to the position of Senior Consultant, involved in independently running large HCM implementation projects for prestigious clients from around the world. You can become the person fully responsible for designing and planning Workday HCM configuration for a given client. You will have free technical supervision over the entire project and a team of several people to look after. You will work with high-level managers, building contacts and a good reputation.
