**We are currently looking for a**Workday Integration Consultant** to join our growing team.**

**What you´ll do**:
As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will lead the day-to-day activities of Workday integration projects for one of our most important clients, including process design, implementation life cycle support, and project reviews.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio and other Workday integration tools.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal impact on business operations.
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Workday integrations.
- Document integration processes and provide training to clients and team members as needed.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- At least 4 years’ experience in Workday integration development and support.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and other integration tools.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM module.
- Experience with data transformation, mapping, and validation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- English proficiency: Upper intermediate and above.
