As a Workday Financial Consultant in Kainos, you’ll work in a team to design, implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

You will build relationships with our customers, shaping and delivering solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable. You’ll provide excellent guidance to customers, understanding their business and requirements. You’ll support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge with them.

**Minimum (Essential) Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a for Workday Financials implementations
- Knowledge of the Workday Financials including Procure to Pay, and Record to report modules; experience with additional modules a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management & governance skills.
- Experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security setup
- Strong commercial awareness and full understanding of project and business dynamics
- Exceptional understanding of and experience in Workday delivery methodologies
- Able to rotate through various Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services
- For Application Management Services, able to deliver work to meet defined Service Level Agreements
- Excellent customer management experience working with stakeholders at all levels in customer organizations with the ability to formally present to client audiences from multiple regions/cultures
- Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region (mínimal out of region travel may also be required)
- Ability to work with different functional & technical consultants to understand cross functional dimensions of Workday configuration
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills are essential, as this role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Additionally, leadership qualities to guide and inspire the team towards achieving company goals.

**Desirable**:

- Workday Financials Certification
- CPA or equivalent accounting credentials
