**About the Firm**

Saidian & Saidian, APC is a California-based personal injury law firm dedicated to helping injured clients with compassionate and effective legal representation. We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team and provide critical support in case management, legal drafting, and trial preparation. This is a full-time, remote position.

**Position Summary**

The Paralegal will support attorneys through all stages of personal injury litigation, from case intake to trial. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong legal writing ability, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, discovery, motions, and pleadings.
- Manage litigation calendars, including hearings, depositions, and trial dates.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents and evidence are properly stored and accessible.
- Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries for attorney review.
- Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
- Ensure compliance with California state and federal court procedures.

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in a personal injury law firm.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law, litigation procedures, and court rules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal case management software, and e-filing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English level must be C1 or C2.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with California courts and filing systems.
- English level C1 / C2 (must)
- 3 or more years of experience in injury law (must)
- Familiarity with case management platforms such as Filevine, Clio, or similar software.

**Position Type**

Full-time, remote.

Standard work hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PT, Monday through Friday.

Pay: $1,600,000.00 - $2,000,000.00 per month
