Bionic Talent About the Client Our client, a personal injury law firm, is seeking a Case Manager Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the firm's case management operations by overseeing the logistics of legal cases, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining compliance with legal procedures. About the Role Prior experience in personal injury law is required. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage casework operations, including tracking case progress and managing deadlines. Coordinate litigation calendars, court filings, and ensure compliance with filing deadlines. Maintain and organize case files, legal documents, and evidence in accordance with firm policies. Assist attorneys with drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external parties to facilitate effective communication. Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations pertinent to active cases. Monitor case timelines, ensuring timely and accurate completion of legal tasks. Provide trial preparation support, including document organization and case presentation logistics. Requirements Proven experience as a paralegal or similar role within a law firm, preferably in New York. Personal injury law experience is required. Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in legal research, document management, and case management software. Knowledge of litigation procedures, legal terminology, and New York court rules. Fluency in English (written and oral) and spoken Spanish is required.
