**Location**: Fully Remote

**Language and Education Requirements**:

- Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English. The interviews will be conducted in English.
- Degree in Law or Paralegal Certification (Estudios en Derecho o Técnico Jurídico).

**Main Tasks**:

- **Conducting Trademark Searches**: Utilize legal databases and resources to conduct thorough trademark searches, ensuring the availability and viability of trademarks for registration.
- **Writing Trademark Search Reports**: Compile comprehensive reports detailing the results of trademark searches, including analysis and recommendations for further action.
- **Assisting in Trademark Registration Processes**: Support the trademark registration process across different countries by preparing and filing necessary documentation, coordinating with relevant authorities, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- **Contacting Attorneys in Different Countries**: Communicate effectively with attorneys in various jurisdictions to obtain updates on the status of trademark registration processes, resolve queries, and facilitate smooth progress.
- **Maintaining and Updating Company Reports**: Regularly update and maintain company reports and information related to trademark registrations, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for internal stakeholders.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with legal teams and stakeholders to support other legal matters and projects as needed.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to trademarks and intellectual property.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed legal or paralegal studies.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in trademark law or intellectual property management is preferred but not required.
