**Event Staff - Setup & General Support**
**Location**: Xul Solar Museum, Palermo
**Date**: November 18th-19th
We are hiring **event staff** to support a 2 day event involving **venue setup, signage placement, furniture moving**, and general on-site assistance. This is **not a long-term role** — ideal for someone who is punctual, proactive, and comfortable with light physical work.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set up and arrange signage, decor, and branding materials
- Move and position tables, chairs, and equipment as directed
- Assist with load-in/load-out of event supplies
- Support the event manager and team with miscellaneous tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the event
- Be on hand for quick problem-solving and adjustments during the day
**Requirements**:
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to lift and move items (up to 20-25 lbs)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working on your feet for several hours
- Experience in events or hospitality is a plus, but not required
